Tom Mabe is a comedian nationally recognized for getting revenge on telemarketers.  Tom keeps a tape recorder by his telephone and whenever a telemarketer calls he records his prank on the telemarketer.  In this classic call Tom convinces a telemarketer that he has called a crime scene.

Tom tooks his revenge on telemarketers to a new level when he found out they were having a convention in Washington D.C. He arranged to check into the same hotel, found out what floor they were staying on and made telemarketing calls to them at 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning.  In one call he tried to sell one of the telemarketers sleeping pills after waking them at 3:00a.m.

From the why didn’t I think of that department, no more touching of slobbery tennis balls!

From the youtube description

I built the ball machine because I thought my dog Jerry, might like it and that it would be something fun for me to build. So after two years of on and off work, with many safety features such as IR proximity sensors to protect Jerry and my son from the machine, I finally complete.

Far from being a replacement for me, I was always right there with him enjoying his fun. And with all the troubles that I went through to build the ball machine, I still end up throwing more balls than that the machine could count! According to the computer, he played with the machine by himself only 3 times in his life.

I recently put this video on YouTube to keep alive my earlier memories of him and (hopefully) provide some “humorous distractions” for anyone that might drop by.

Okay, so this is a custom built machine, but if you want you can get a commercial machine at BuyGoDogGo for $150.

Like the “Wash Me” messages scrawled on the back of delivery trucks, reverse graffiti is a method of creating graffiti on walls or other surfaces by removing dirt from a surface. It is usually done by removing dust or dirt with the fingertip(s) from windows or other dirty surfaces. Reverse graffiti on glass or windows can be highly visible due to the reflection of sunlight. Due to the lack of paint it is often considered legal and used for advertising, with companies such as Microsoft and Smirnoff advertising their products this way.

Reverse Graffiti

Brazilian artist Alexandre Orion turned one of Sao Paulo’s transport tunnel into a stunning mural. The mural, comprised of a series of skulls, very succinctly reminds drivers of the impact their emissions are having on the planet.

Try as they might, the Brazilian authorities couldn’t find anything to charge him with. The only option they had was to clean the tunnel - but only the parts Alexandre had already cleaned.

Cleaning Reverse Graffiti

After which, the artist continued his campaign on the other side of the street. This put the city officials in a quandary and they decided to take drastic action. Not only did they clean the entire tunnel but also every other tunnel in Sao Paulo.

BLU has created an amazing stop-motion animation. Painted on walls in Buenos Aires and Baden, it features a black and white creature that morphs into various blob forms.

MUTO - An ambiguous animation painted on public walls.

I guess they have a different opinion about painting over someone else’s graffiti in Buenos Aires then the do here.
