Thefuntheory.com is an initiative by Volkswagen that “is dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behavior for the better”. Here is one of their videos showing how to encourage people to “take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator and feel better”.

Visit The Fun Theory to see more videos. If you have your own ideas on fun ways to change peoples behavior you can submit them in their contest for a chance to win money.

Improv Everywhere has finally done another musical, this time in a grocery store. (Tip: this is a HQ video so you may want to click the full screen button on the bottom right before clicking the play button).

There are pictures and another video on their web site and some high quality pictures on their flickr account.

Here is my post of their first musical, Food Court Musical. And if you enjoyed this mission be sure to see some of their other missions…

20040703-174752I’ve resurrected the photo gallery however all titles, comments and ratings are gone. If interested you can add information via the comment system. Also feel free to rate the photos and albums via the rating system.

There are more pictures then before, including some never before seen pictures, like these Thanksgiving treats or this album of Harley Davidson pictures.

I’ve debated long and hard about bringing back the photo gallery. The reason is that I consider all my pictures copyrighted by me and I don’t want them posted on other web sites, especially social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook. The reason for this is that when you post pictures to these sites you agree to their TOS and give them full control of what they can do with these pictures. They can sell these pictures, use them in their advertisements or sell them to third party advertisers, all without the copyright owners permission.

If you want to share any pictures on this web site please provide people with a link to the page on this site with the photo. Thanks for your understanding.

The Firecrackers are a performance jump rope team made up of talented 4th-8th graders from the Kings Local School District in Ohio. Coached by Lynn Kelley, they perform at venues across the country. Some notable past performances have been at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, a Presidential Inauguration and an appearance on The David Letterman Show.

Here they are performing during half time at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD on April 3, 2009.
